Zydus Wellness has appointed Kapil Sharma as Chief Revenue Officer for India and the Indian subcontinent, effective 1 September 2026.
Sharma is a seasoned sales and commercial leader with more than 28 years of experience including 25 years with Procter & Gamble (P&G). Most recently he was associated with P&G as VP-Gillette, India and Indian subcontinent leading Grooming portfolio comprising Gillette, Venus and Braun.
During his career at P&G, Sharma held leadership roles across sales, trade marketing, direct-to-consumer, market strategy, regional business leadership, e-business, innovation and digital commerce. He also led P&G’s global digital commerce strategy from the US.
Earlier, Sharma spent three years with Asea Brown Boveri.
