L’Oréal names Marc Dicko as SAPMENA Chief Digital and Marketing Officer

  • L’Oréal has appointed Marc Dicko as Chief Digital and Marketing Officer (CDMO) for the SAPMENA region, effective September 1, 2026.
  • Dicko will be based in Singapore and report to Vismay Sharma, president of L’Oréal SAPMENA.

L’Oréal has elevated Marc Dicko to the role of Chief Digital and Marketing Officer (CDMO) for its South Asia Pacific, Middle East and North Africa (SAPMENA) region, with the appointment taking effect from September 1, 2026.

Dicko will be based in Singapore and report to Vismay Sharma, president of L’Oréal SAPMENA. In his new capacity, he will lead the company’s digital, eCommerce and marketing agenda across more than 35 markets in the region.

A 15-year L’Oréal veteran, Dicko has held a range of digital and eCommerce leadership positions across the company’s Global Division, North Asia, Canada and SAPMENA.

Most recently, he was the CDMO for L’Oréal Canada, where he focused on expanding the company’s direct-to-consumer business, accelerating indirect eCommerce and deploying artificial intelligence across operations and consumer experiences.

Dicko takes over from Lex Bradshaw-Zanger, who has headed L’Oréal’s regional digital, marketing and eCommerce operations since 2023.
