- In his role, he will oversee revenue and commercial development for the southern market, aiming to enhance the growth and monetization of Times Network's sports portfolio.
- Chauhan brings over 13 years of experience in sports sponsorship, commercial strategy, and franchise operations, having worked with organizations such as BCCI, GMR Sports, and the Pro Kabaddi League.
- He expressed enthusiasm for the opportunity to develop commercially viable sports properties in a growing market, emphasizing the importance of creating value for fans and stakeholders.
Samarth Chauhan has joined Times Network as Deputy General Manager – Revenue within its sports business, PWR India Tours and Private Limited.
In his new role, Samarth will lead revenue and commercial development for the southern market, supporting the growth and monetisation of Times Network's expanding sports portfolio and emerging sports properties.
Samarth brings more than 13 years of experience across sports sponsorship, commercial strategy, partnerships and franchise operations in India and the UAE. His experience spans cricket, football, kabaddi and emerging sports properties, with roles across organisations including BCCI, GMR Sports, Desert Vipers, Burman Sports and the Pro Kabaddi League. Samarth has experience building franchises from the ground up and has previously held the position of Chief commercial Officer at the Desert Vipers in the ILT20 along with the former
General Manager at the Bengaluru Bulls in the Pro Kabaddi League.
Prior to this, Chauhan served as sponsorship manager at DP World ILT20.
