Devlina Majumdar, an experienced human resources (HR) management professional in the media and corporate sectors, served as CHRO at TV9 Network and Director of Business Affairs at the network's affiliated production house, Studio 9. In this role, she oversaw human resources management, business development, and business operations.
Devlina joined TV9 Network in February 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Founder and Director of LEAN People Consulting Services Pvt Ltd. Her company focused on providing services related to talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, change management, and organizational development.
Previously, she served as Chief of Staff at Culture Machine Media and Rainshine Entertainment. During this time, she led several key projects related to business operations, revenue planning, operational efficiency, and people and culture. During her tenure, Culture Machine implemented a "First Day of Period" (FOP) leave policy for women, which received widespread attention in several prestigious media outlets both domestically and internationally.
With over two and a half decades of professional experience, Devlina Sanyal Majumdar is recognized as one of the leading HR leaders in the media and corporate world. She has held positions as Head of Human Resources at TV Today Network, Viacom18, and Zoom Entertainment. She has also held various positions at prestigious organizations such as ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, IBM Daksh, and Wipro Spectramind.
He is recognized for his expertise in the areas of Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Leadership Building, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion and Business Operations.
In terms of educational background, Devlina Sanyal Mazumdar holds a Master's degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Mumbai. She also holds an Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Calcutta.
