Yash Raj Films has appointed Arjun Banerji as Head of Talent, marking a significant addition to the studio’s talent and creator ecosystem, industry sources have confirmed to e4m.
Banerji joins YRF after a nearly three-year stint at Collective Artists Network, where he was working as a Talent Agent. He brings extensive experience in talent management, live entertainment, and artist partnerships.
Before Collective, Banerji spent over a decade at Exceed Entertainment, where he held multiple leadership roles including Head – Talent & New Ventures and Head – Live Business. He was closely involved in managing artist relationships and expanding the company’s entertainment and live events business.
His appointment comes as studios and entertainment companies sharpen focus on talent-led content, creator partnerships, and the growing convergence of cinema, digital entertainment, branded content, and influencer culture.
