TVF elevates Vijay Koshy & Shreyansh Pandey

TVF has elevated various Leaders from its Level 1 and level 2 positions into roles of Producers, Co-Producers and Associate Producers (basis project scale)  who will be empowered to conceive a project, sell or partner on it, and deliver it with increased autonomy

Starting with President and Business Head, Vijay Koshy, who takes on additional role of producer or co-producer on selected films and series driven by him.  Shreyansh Pandey, Head of originals will be acting as Co-producer on projects and is already working on one feature film, directed by Raghav Subbu, the creator of Kota Factory. Deepak Mishra, the Creator and Director of Panchayat and founding team member of

TVF will be conceptualizing projects to produce in both film and long form content, besides directing TVF’s big theatrical feature in partnership with Balaji Telefilms, called “Vvan”. Shalini & Vaibhav Bundhoo,  who together made TVF’s “Very Parivarik” will be co-producing their set of projects including one non-fiction. Shivani Sinha and Megha Sharma will be lending producing duties on key film and show projects. Anandeshwar Dwivedi and Anant Singh Bhaatu, also Founding Team members of TVF are already working as co-producers on two direct to digital feature film projects which have been mounted by them and their team.

Commenting on the development, President Vijay Koshy said he is excited to also take on the role of Producer, alongside continuing to lead the business at TVF.

Besides this, Some of the key talents at TVF who have delivered some of the best project in capacity of Writer or Director or Department leads have also been elevated to the role of showrunner or creators. Deepesh, who wrote Aspirants  and is directing the latest season of the show is now conceptualizing and developing his own shows along with Pratish Mehta who delivered one of Amazon MX Player’s biggest hit in “Half CA” and also directed Kota Factory Season-3. Puneet Batra who has has association with TVF for a long time has taken on the mantle of Creator/showrunner with Court Kacheri and couple of new projects to be announced soon, after doing some fabulous writing in Kota Factory-3. Khushboo who has been a writer at Girliyapa and worked on many properties aced with her craft in Half CA and is going to be creating some of her own shows at Girliyapa and TVF. Gaurav Rungta who has been heading Post Production at TVF for almost a decade now is going to be working as a showrunner on a specific project. Pankaj Kothavade, who was a Creative Producer on TVF channel and also on Panchayat and Half CA Seasons, is going to be leading TVF’s YT channel now and putting together projects from scratch.

Arunabh Kumar, the founder of TVF, who recently had a setback in his health owing to slip disc, would like to focus on new initiatives wherein TVF can add value beyond content and will be acting as a Mentor to the new line of producers and showrunners. He will only focus on very high stake content projects where his involvement is absolutely critical. “TVF has immense talent in its ranks and it was about time that a lot of them start working more independently and see the projects end to end and it gives me great pleasure to see these new leaders rise through the ranks and navigate the new era of content. As a leader you are always looking to find someone who can take your job so that you can take new ones and am sure the new producers and showrunners are going to create next Pitchers and Panchayat of their own. I want to focus on some new areas along with also my health which got a rude shock few months back in form of Slip disc. I will not let anything  come in between me and my daughter who is the best content that I get to see live and learn storytelling from my 3 year old…I would like to create some stories for children, films, shows anything.” Said, Arunabh Kumar, Promoter, TVF.

As a part of overall corporate restructuring, TVF has also planned to increase the scope of some of the Head of Departments and take on more.

Manish Saini who is head of Finance at TVF has also been tasked with the responsibility of project financing for specific projects like Independent Feature film as well as new initiatives. Bhuvaneswhari Bolbanda who has been head of HR has been assigned additional role of productivity tracking and physical and mental wellness programs in TVF. Nishant Dhobal who is National Sales Head, has been elevated to lead new brand partnership businesses and Amritansh Vajpayee has been entrusted with the responsibility to lead new initiatives.
