Westlife Foodworld, which operates McDonald’s in West and South India, has announced the appointment of Shardul Doshi as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective 15 December 2025. The appointment has already come into effect following approval by the Board of Directors.
The company made the announcement through its regulatory filings. Doshi has also taken charge as CFO of the company’s subsidiary, as approved by the respective boards.
The disclosure was submitted to the stock exchanges, where the company is listed on the BSE as Westlife Development Ltd and on the NSE as WESTLIFE. Westlife Foodworld Limited was previously known as Westlife Development Ltd.
