SCX ai appoints Rahul Vaidya as Chief Financial Officer

Rahul Vaidya has joined SCX ai as Chief Financial Officer. He announced the appointment in a LinkedIn post.
In his post, Vaidya said, “SCX ai is building Australia’s sovereign AI infrastructure, delivering secure, low-latency inferencing with lower energy and consumption costs. As AI adoption accelerates, I believe organisations need AI that is not only sovereign and secure, but also economically sustainable at scale”.
Vaidya brings experience across investment banking, corporate strategy, corporate development and finance. He has worked across mergers and acquisitions advisory, leveraged finance, corporate strategy, auditing and accounting.
Before joining SCX ai, he held roles at Latimer Partners, Nomura, Telstra, CIMB, Morgan Stanley and KPMG.
