Rajesh Ramaswamy, Co-founder of The Script Room, has announced his exit from the company. The news has been shared by Ramaswamy on LinkedIn.
According to a post written by him, he is now open to work in the capacity of an Independent Film Director/ Creative.
“Ok..I’m moving on from The Script Room. From the beginning of this month.
I know it sounds crazy. Like someone said ‘How can you move on from your own company! I can’t agree more. Maybe writers, specially the ones who have been in advertising for far too long, are meant to do crazy things. And since I have no other wilder ideas at the moment, l'm trying this one,” he wrote in the post.
“I’ve been trying to convince myself about this, like ‘It’s time to focus’..and maybe get full time into direction. It would probably help me be clearer, pursue some stories I've been writing. I know a large part of this is a whole load of bull. And I’ll discover it as I go along. Another part of me warns me that the actual truth is ‘Bugger!! You are just getting lazy’. I don’t which one is true,” he added.
Before starting The Script Room, Ramaswamy was associated with MullenLowe Lintas.
