Megha Mamgain has rejoined Network18 as Deputy Executive Editor at News18.com, where she will head the non-hard news verticals, including Entertainment, Lifestyle, Technology, Content-to-Commerce and video, across languages.
Mamgain announced her appointment on LinkedIn, saying, “I'm thrilled to share that I'm joining back Network18.” She also mentioned, “I am excited to be back in the organisation that shaped so much of who I am as a journalist and leader.”
She has over 16 years of experience in digital media, with expertise spanning digital strategy, content creation across video and text, monetisation, content marketing and brand solutions.
Prior to rejoining Network18, Mamgain served as Managing Editor – Health & Lifestyle at Jagran New Media. She stepped down from the organisation following a nine-year stint, during which she led the editorial teams behind its digital brands HerZindagi and OnlyMyHealth.
Before joining Jagran New Media, Mamgain spent 12 years with CNN-IBN. Earlier in her career, she worked with NDTV and Miditech.
