- RPSG Lifestyle Media has appointed Debashish Ghosh as Chief Executive Officer to oversee its lifestyle media portfolio, including brands like Esquire India and The Hollywood Reporter India.
- Ghosh has over 30 years of experience in digital media, technology, and international business, previously serving as Managing Director for International Markets at Penske Media Corporation.
- At Penske, he was responsible for international growth strategy and cross-brand initiatives across various media verticals.
- Ghosh has held leadership roles at several major companies, including CEO positions at Zee Digital Convergence Ltd. and India.com, and has extensive experience with The Times Group.
RPSG Lifestyle Media has recently appointed Debashish Ghosh as Chief Executive Officer to lead its growing lifestyle media portfolio.
Ghosh took over this new role 5 months back and since has been overseeing a host of brands, including Esquire India, The Hollywood Reporter India, Robb Report India and Manifest Life.
Ghosh brings with him over three decades of experience spanning digital media, technology, content, OTT, publishing and international business expansion. Prior to joining RPSG Lifestyle Media, he served as Managing Director – International Markets at Penske Media Corporation, where he led the company’s international growth strategy across markets outside the US from 2017 to 2025.
During his stint at Penske Media Corporation, Ghosh was responsible for strategy, operations, partnerships and revenue diversification across media, digital, events and hospitality verticals. He also spearheaded cross-brand initiatives integrating Billboard, The Hollywood Reporter, Variety, Rolling Stone, Robb Report and ARTnews into unified commercial ecosystems.
Over the years, Ghosh has held leadership roles across several major media and technology companies. He previously served as CEO of Zee Digital Convergence Ltd., where he led the digital businesses, platforms and strategy for the Essel Group. He was also CEO and Whole Time Board Director at India.com and CEO of Times Business Solutions Limited.
Earlier in his career, Ghosh spent over 16 years with The Times Group in multiple technology and digital leadership roles, including Director Response & Unified IT and CTO at Times Internet Ltd.
