Havells India has appointed Manjit Singh Sethi as President – Cables.
Sethi brings over 35 years of experience in the electrical industry. Prior to joining Havells, he held senior leadership roles at ABB India (now Hitachi Energy) and KEC International, where he led large transformer and cable businesses. His career spans driving profitable expansion and contributing to renewable EPC growth initiatives.
His appointment comes amid healthy performance in Havells’ cables segment. During Q2 FY26, the business recorded a 12% year-on-year growth in revenue, reaching Rs 2,028 crore, compared to Rs 1,805 crore in the same period last year.
The move underscores Havells’ focus on reinforcing leadership across key verticals, with the cables business continuing to play a critical role in the company’s overall growth strategy.
