Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation (UPMRC) has invited open e-tenders for licensing co-branding and inside advertising rights across nine metro stations on the Agra Metro’s Corridor-1, spanning Taj East Gate to RBS College.

The move is aimed at monetising transit infrastructure through integrated branding and advertising opportunities within the network.

According to the notice, the selected bidder will be granted rights to design, install, operate, manage and monetise advertising assets inside stations, along with co-branding opportunities. The mandate covers nine stations: Taj East Gate, Shaheed Captain Shubham Gupta, Taj Mahal, Dr. Ambedkar Chowk, Mankameshwar, Medical College, Agra College, Raja Ki Mandi and RBS College.

The contract will be awarded for a period of three years, with bidders allowed to apply for one or multiple stations. The tender (AGAR-11) was released on March 17, 2026, and will remain open for submission until May 11, 2026. Bids will be opened on May 12, 2026.

UPMRC said it is seeking the highest bidder for the combined rights package, with responsibilities extending from infrastructure setup to commercialisation of ad inventory within station premises.

The scope includes end-to-end execution, from procurement and installation to marketing and sale of advertising opportunities.
