New Delhi Television Limited (NDTV) reported a consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 107.65 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY26), marking a 14.6 percent increase from Rs 93.92 crore in the same quarter last year.

As per the network's financial release, this performance was fuelled by robust traction across platforms, strategic editorial investments, and a relentless focus on innovation.

However, revenue declined 15.2 percent sequentially from Rs 127.05 crore in Q4 FY25.

Other income stood at Rs 4.94 crore, compared to Rs 3.87 crore in Q1 FY25 and Rs 1.19 crore in the preceding quarter.

Total income rose to Rs 112.59 crore, up 15.1 percent year-on-year from Rs 97.79 crore, but down 12.2 percent quarter-on-quarter from Rs 128.24 crore.

Despite the year-on-year growth in revenue, the company’s total comprehensive loss widened to Rs 70.65 crore in Q1 FY26. This compares with a loss of Rs 47.46 crore in the same quarter last year and Rs 61.37 crore in the previous quarter.

Throughout the quarter, NDTV’s television and digital platforms set new benchmarks in real-time coverage and in-depth reportage. From the Pahalgam terror attack and Operation Sindoor to the Ahmedabad air crash, NDTV’s swift, credible, and insightful journalism became the nation’s go-to source, driving record viewership and reinforcing its leadership in both broadcast and digital news, stated the release.

Aligned with its long-term vision, the company has reshaped its operations to foster a leaner, more responsive newsroom, while also bringing in a distinguished cohort of acclaimed anchors and veteran journalists as per the media statement. This strategic infusion of talent reinforces NDTV’s steadfast commitment to credibility, incisive reportage, and journalism that always puts the viewer first.

This quarter also saw the launch of NDTV Marathi Manch and NDTV India Creators Manch, two new initiatives aimed at amplifying regional and creator-driven narratives. While NDTV Marathi Manch celebrates changemakers shaping Maharashtra’s growth story, India Creators Manch focuses on innovators powering the country’s booming digital economy. These platforms further deepen NDTV’s engagement with emerging audiences and strengthen its evolution into a true multi-platform media powerhouse—setting the foundation for long-term growth and renewed leadership in Indian news and storytelling.
