Veteran journalist Umashankar Singh has ended his long-standing association with NDTV, marking the close of an era that spanned more than 22 years.
He most recently held the position of Senior Editor – Politics and Foreign Affairs.
Singh, who joined NDTV on 17 February, 2003, confirmed the news to e4m. He said he was stepping into a “new direction”.
As part of this transition, Singh has launched a YouTube channel, signalling a move towards independent journalism and digital content creation.
