Media and sports industry veteran Rashid Khan has joined NDTV as Director Operations at NDTV Alive, the network’s expanding vertical focused on live events, experiences and broadcast-driven IPs.
With over two decades of leadership experience spanning media, entertainment and sports, Rashid brings a strategic blend of operational expertise, entrepreneurial energy and proven business acumen to the role. Prior to this, he served as CEO of Significant Sports, where he pioneered several high-impact properties including the T10 Super Tennis-Cricket League, Kumite 1 League in partnership with boxing legend Mike Tyson, the Bihar Cricket League and India's first live dance reality show—I AM DANCE.
Khan has built a reputation for driving revenue strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and executing large-format events with precision. His expertise spans brand partnerships, content creation, and monetization, with a track record that includes securing multi-crore sponsorships and managing teams of 150+ professionals across India and international markets.
