While women’s fashion always gets extensive coverage, men’s fashion somehow gets overshadowed. Not any more. NDTV GoodTimes is all set to premiere a new show, ‘Cracking the Code’, which aims to put the spotlight on men’s fashion. The six-part mini-series will premiere on May 23 at 9:00 pm and will air on Fridays. The show has been sponsored by Reid & Taylor.

Commenting on the new show, Shibani Sharma Khanna, Channel Head, NDTV Good Times, said, “Since its launch, NDTV Good Times has tailored programming to suit male and female viewers. We feel that there are limited shows on male style on Indian television. ‘Cracking the Code’ will hopefully fit that bill. The show is about men’s fashion wear and actor Sameer Soni just seemed right for the part, he is casual and stylish and a well-known face.”

Aarti Singh, producer of ‘Cracking the Code’, said, “A show which decoded the male corporate style wardrobe needed an anchor who knew the corporate world yet could take the style wardrobe to another level. Sameer, with his past background in banking and his current television and film experience, was a perfect fit. He lends a level of maturity yet elegant style, which gives the show a perfect edge.”

India’s top fashion gurus like Ashish Soni, Arjun Khanna and Ravi Bajaj, among others would offer tips on the dos and don’ts of men’s fashion. The show will also feature expert advice from fashion editors, sound bytes from corporate honchos and celebrities.
