Gaurav Seth, SVP and Head Marketing, Sony Entertainment Television (SET) will be quitting the channel after more than a seven year stint in the company. This comes on the heels of Danish Khan, programming head of Star Plus returning as the business head of the channel.
Seth is currently serving his three months notice period after putting in his papers in May. The reason for his departure from the company is his planning to start his own venture in the digital space say media reports.
Seth’s prior experience includes being the Business Head of Vyas Giannetti Sports for a year. Prior to that, he worked at Zee Telefilms as the VP of Marketing for a period of two years. He was also associated with the now defunct Indian Cricket League. He was the country head for Altavista Inc for a year and half.
