Quick commerce platform Zepto is reportedly targeting a public listing between February and May 2027, after recently putting its initial public offering (IPO) plans on hold.
The development comes a day after Zepto deferred its IPO plans and announced its intention to raise around Rs 1,000 crore through a pre-IPO funding round.
According to a report, CEO Aadit Palicha told employees that the company intends to go public once its financial performance improves and market conditions support a stronger valuation. Palicha reportedly said Zepto will not need to submit a fresh DRHP, with the company having until November 2027 to go public.
