Patanjali remains top advertiser on BARC charts for week 34
Baba Ramdev’s Patanjali Ayurved continues to be at the top spot in the BARC charts in the ‘Top 10 Brands across genres’ category with an improved 25,980 insertions
Patanjali continues to be at the top spot in the BARC charts in the ‘Top 10 Brands across genres’ category with an improved 25,980 insertions, according to data released for week 34(August 20-26). The previous week it moved to the titular position, replacing Amazon, with 24,828 insertions. It is followed by Cadbury in the second spot with 22,025 insertions as compared to week 33’s 20,938 insertions in the same spot.
Dove moved up to the third spot from week 33’s sixth spot with 19,395 insertions. Fair & Lovely also made an improvement moving to fourth spot from last week’s fifth spot putting in 17,013 insertions. Pond’s slipped to fifth spot with 14,786 insertions, as compared to previous week’s fourth spot with 14,979 insertions. Lifebuoy on the other hand moved up to sixth spot from previous week’s 10th spot with 13,852 insertions. Lakme moved up to seventh spot with 13,089 insertions from previous week’s ninth spot. Huge bump was felt by Dettol as it slipped to eighth spot with 12,986 insertions from the third spot previous week. Colgate also slipped to ninth spot with 12,262 insertions from week 34’s seventh spot. This week the new entrant is Surf on the 10th spot with 11,991 insertions.
