After the grand success of last year’s edition of the e4m Conclave – South the exchange4media Group is back with the third edition, which is scheduled for Friday, November 22, 2019, and will be held at Taj MG Road, Bangalore (from 2 pm onwards).  The theme of the Conclave this year is Brands & Consumers: The New Connections.

Brands can no longer simply be a product or service that is offered in a store. They must shape the entire way people engage, shop, and buy. Brand experiences are not solely comprised of a website, an app, delivery options, the service you receive in-store, or the retail space itself. It’s all these things, designed as one seamless, frictionless experience. Successful brand experiences connect people, are driven by purpose and are led by the consumer. At the Conclave, discussions will revolve around creating meaningful relationships and experiences between brands and a generation governed by instant gratification.

The Keynote Address will be delivered by Navinn Seksaria, Joint MD, J.G. Hosiery Pvt Ltd (Macho & Amul Innerwear). He is credited with building brands - Macho, Amul Comfy - to becoming the indisputable leaders in their categories and also bringing global expertise and vision to an unorganised industry. Seksaria will be speaking on the topic: ‘Engagement Is The Key To Excitement’.

A visionary and an able business administrator, Dr A. Velumani, Creator, Thyrocare is our Valedictory Speaker. A firm believer in the thought that, "Focus gives Success, Velumani owns and operates Thyrocare, an industry leader and a brand worth over Rs. 3,000 crores. He will speak on the topic: ‘Brand Around a Gland’.

Our esteemed speaker for the Special Address is Anuj Rustagi, COO, Chocolates, Coffee, Confectionary and New Category Development, Foods Division, ITC Ltd. Rustagi will be speaking on the topic: ‘Creating Joy And Amazing Customer Experiences Through Intuition, Instinct, Insight…And Data!’

Also sharing his insights in a Special Address is Bhaskar Choudhuri, CMO, Lenovo APAC. At Lenovo, Choudhuri has been leading the marketing operations across PCs, Tablets, and smart IoT solutions. He will speak on the topic: ‘Consumer Journey – A Labyrinth’.

As the CEO of Zivame, Amisha Jain has always been extremely passionate about building ‘innovation-led’ consumer-centric brands. She is now leading the fastest growing women's organization for intimate wear and is all set to catapult the business to greater heights. She will share her insights on the topic: ‘Build, Partner, Acquire, Repeat!’

Also taking to the stage is Sachin Sharma, Director of Sales and Partnerships at ByteDance India where he leads strategic sales and brand partnerships for TikTok. He will speak on the topic: ‘Democratizing Creativity.’ And rounding up our list of speakers is Abhishek Goenka, CEO of the RMZ Family Office and the CEO at CoWrks. Goenka will speak on the topic: ‘Understanding The New Consumer & Connection’.

The Conclave will include two-panel discussions that delve deeper into the topic. The topic for the first-panel discussion is: Challenges In Creating Experiences & Building Relationship With Consumers?  The Session Chair for first panel discussion is Mohit Joshi, Managing Director – India, Havas Media Group and the panel members are Anand Bhaskaran, Head, Digital Marketing, Bigbasket; Kavita Chowkimane, VP - Marketing, Acko; Nandagopal Nair, VP & Head – Brand & Communications, V-Guard Industries; Naved Qureshi, SVP and Marketing Head, Jana Small Finance Bank; Sandeep KS, Head of Social Media, Xiaomi India and Vaishali Verma, CEO, Initiative India.
