  • The partnership combines Alice & Albert's expertise in U.S. market strategy and brand development with Grapes Worldwide's capabilities in creative, media, public relations, technology, and data-led marketing.
  • The alliance aims to provide culturally informed leadership and scalable execution for brands entering North America, India, and other international markets.
  • Both agencies recognize the growing opportunities between U.S. and Indian markets, with plans to potentially extend the partnership to include specialist agencies in other strategic regions.

Grapes Worldwide and Alice & Albert Inc. has joined hand forming a Global Strategic Partner Network, designed to help brands expand across international markets with the local intelligence, experienced strategy and integrated execution needed to grow effectively across borders.

The alliance brings together two independent agencies with complementary strengths. Alice & Albert Inc. contributes deep experience in U.S. market strategy, brand development, creative, content, influencer marketing, partnerships and growth. Grapes Worldwide adds integrated capabilities across creative, media, public relations, technology, AI, commerce and data-led marketing, supported by a team of more than 250 specialists.

Together, the agencies will develop and deliver cross-market solutions for brands entering North America, India and other international markets. The model gives clients access to culturally informed leadership in-market, supported by broader specialist capabilities and scalable execution.

Shradha Agarwal, Co-Founder & Global CEO of Grapes Worldwide, said, "The future of agency growth isn't about opening offices in every country. It's about building trusted local partnerships backed by world-class execution. Through our Global Strategic Partner Network, we're bringing together the best of local market intelligence with India's integrated delivery capabilities. This model allows brands to think globally, execute efficiently, and remain culturally relevant in every market they enter. Alice & Albert is an important milestone in that journey, and we're excited to build many more such partnerships across the world."

Jenn Moyer-Smith, Co-Founder of Alice & Albert Inc., said, “India is one of the world’s most dynamic growth markets, and we see opportunity moving in both directions: U.S. brands want a credible path into India, while Indian companies are looking to build real relevance in North America. This alliance connects local market intelligence with the creative, strategic and executional capabilities brands need to make that move successfully. It gives clients a smarter way to grow internationally without losing what makes them locally meaningful.”

Sini Magon, COO & Global Partner at Grapes Worldwide, added, "Today's brands are looking for partners who can combine local cultural understanding with the ability to execute at scale. This collaboration creates exactly that. By bringing together Alice & Albert's strategic and creative expertise with Grapes Worldwide's integrated capabilities across Creative, Media, AI, Technology, PR, and commerce, we can offer clients a seamless model for international growth while maintaining consistency, speed, and measurable business impact."

The agencies are already identifying opportunities to support brands moving between North America and India. Over time, Grapes Worldwide and Alice & Albert Inc. may selectively extend the alliance through relationships with specialist agencies in other strategic markets.

The alliance comes as India remains one of the world’s fastest-growing major economies, creating expanding opportunities for U.S. companies entering the market and India-based brands seeking growth in North America.
