Avishek Kar has been appointed Director - Sales & Commercial at McCain Foods India. Prior to the elevation, he served as National Sales Manager- Retail.

He brings around 20 years of experience across sales, go-to-market strategy, trade marketing and modern trade channel development.
Before joining McCain Foods, Kar served as Head of Commercial Excellence at Zydus Wellness. Earlier in his career, Kar held roles at United Biscuits and Perfetti Van Melle.
