In a bid to engage with viewers beyond their television screens, Sony MAX has launched ‘Filmykaant’ - television first-ever artificial intelligence (AI) Chat Bot in India. Developed with an advanced NLP (Natural language processing) technology with an in-built ability to read Hinglish (a mix of English and Hindi), Filmykaant will engage with cinema lovers nation-wide 24x7.
Users can choose from an array of options ranging from Bollywood gossip to quizzes; and enjoy all things Bollywood. They can also log on to Sony MAX Facebook messenger and chat with Filmykaant, to find answers to trivia from the world of Hindi cinema. Filmykaant is a one stop destination for every Bollywood lover. It is trained with more than 5000 keywords and key phrases to handle user conversation and personifies the personality of MAX, which makes it approachable to the audience.
