Dr. Sanjay Sisodiya, senior journalist and News Editor at the Hindi daily Amar Ujala, passed away on Friday. He was 49 and was serving in the organisation’s Noida office.
According to reports, he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer around six months ago. He had been receiving treatment at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Delhi, where he breathed his last on Friday.
His family said that his mortal remains will be brought to their Ghukna residence on Saturday morning. The funeral procession will begin from the residence at 11 am and will proceed to the Hindon cremation ground for the final rites.
