Senior journalist Rajkishore has rejoined the Amar Ujala media group. According to reports, he has rejoined the organisation as Senior Political Editor. In his new position, he will be responsible for covering national political affairs across both print and digital platforms.

During his initial stint with Amar Ujala, Rajkishore joined as Chief Reporter in Kanpur. He was also a part of the core team that oversaw the launch of the group’s editions in Punjab and Haryana in 2000.

Currently, Rajkishore runs his own digital news platform Buland Bharat TV, which he launched two years ago. Prior to this entrepreneurial stint, he served as Managing Editor at Dainik Bhaskar's digital division. He also held the position of Executive Director for the India chapter of the US-UK based think tank Global Policy Insights and worked as a Consultant with India Today Group’s digital wing, NewsTak.

Rajkishore has also worked with ABP News, where he joined as Political Editor in May 2016. He later played a pivotal role in launching ABP Ganga as Editor in 2019 and was subsequently elevated to Editor-at-Large within the ABP Group in 2021.

Before joining ABP, he was associated with Dainik Jagran as National Chief of Bureau, leading the national news desk that coordinated editorial operations across 42 editions in 15 states. He oversaw national inputs for both print and digital properties, including Jagran.com and Nai Duniya.

Rajkishore began his association with Dainik Jagran in 2003. Over the years, he has reported on a wide range of crucial beats including the Prime Minister’s Office, BJP, RSS, Presidential Estate, Congress, Ministry of Home Affairs, and the Ministry of External Affairs.
