Delhi is set to take center stage as India’s Creative Capital with an unprecedented lineup of over 30 major international and Indian live events scheduled over the next 80 days. Announced at a high-profile press conference today, this initiative marks a landmark collaboration between the Delhi Government, the Event and Entertainment Management Association (EEMA), and the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI).

The upcoming calendar promises to be a cultural extravaganza featuring world-renowned artists such as Travis Scott, Krishan Dasn, Zakir Khan, Papuan, AP Dhillon, Armaan Malik, Jonita Gandhi, Radhika Das, and many more. The events are designed to celebrate Delhi’s diversity, energy, and global resonance, aligning with ‘Modi Ji ka Vision’ and ‘Dilli Sarkar ka Sankalp’ to position the city as a creative powerhouse.

Hon. CM of Delhi, Smt. Rekha Gupta Ji, highlighted the city’s readiness to host large-scale global events, saying,

“Delhi is now fully ready with world-class infrastructure, safety measures, and logistical support to host these events seamlessly. Our government is committed to providing every possible support for organizers, artists, and visitors. With Modi Ji’s vision, Delhi is confidently moving from restrictions to opportunities and from obstacles to success, supported by the price reduction of venues with the help of Hon. Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya Ji.”

Shri Kapil Mishra, Hon. Minister of Tourism, Art & Culture, reaffirmed his commitment to positioning Delhi on the world stage:

“As Delhi’s Tourism & Culture Minister, my mission is to bring world-class events to the city and firmly establish Delhi as a global creative capital. My unwavering support will always be with the entire event industry, EEMA & PHDCCI, ensuring that Delhi truly shines on the international event map.”

Rajeev Jain, Chair of the PHDCCI Entertainment Committee and founding member of EEMA, expressed his gratitude and optimism:

“We are at a pivotal moment as Delhi unlocks its full potential as a platform for the global entertainment economy. With the combined vision and backing of government and industry, Delhi is poised to become the epicentre of India’s cultural and event-driven future.”

This ambitious cultural agenda aims to strengthen Delhi’s position as a global hub for live entertainment, tourism, and the creative economy. Key industry players supporting the initiative include BookMyShow, District by Zomato, Eva Live, Rashi Entertainment, Percept Live, and Innovation, among others — all joining forces to redefine the capital’s cultural landscape.
