Currently serving as Partner & CEO APAC at Dept Agency and Founder & Chairman of Avyan Holdings, Vishnu has consistently demonstrated vision, resilience, and leadership in shaping some of the most dynamic businesses in the industry. At Dept Agency, he leads a pioneering technology and marketing services company that creates end-to-end digital experiences for leading global brands. His role also underscores his passion for driving innovation, sustainability, and building scalable solutions with the agility of a boutique agency.

His entrepreneurial spirit also shines through Avyan Holdings, where since 2021 he has been spearheading new opportunities as Founder and Chairman.

Vishnu’s journey is deeply rooted in leadership roles that defined his career trajectory. He served as Chairman & CEO, India, South East Asia, Japan & Korea at Havas Group, leading markets across Asia and North Asia, and later as CEO Asia Pacific at Havas Media for over 17 years. His tenure included steering the company as Global Brand Managing Director and as Managing Director at Euro RSCG. Beyond corporate leadership, he has also been Chairman of the Vivendi Committee India & South East Asia, strengthening his influence across sectors.

With a strong educational foundation from some of India’s finest institutions, Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (MBA, Marketing) and Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad (B.Tech, Petroleum Engineering), Vishnu pairs deep analytical expertise with creative leadership. His early years at St. Columba’s School, New Delhi set the base for his journey.
