It will be handled out of their Delhi office. According to industry sources, the business is pegged around Rs 8-10 crores.
Telecom sector advertising in print rose by 64 per cent during January-May 2010, as compared to January-May, 2009. Nokia Corporation was the top advertiser for telecommunication equipment advertising in print during this period, while Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd contributed the maximum in advertising of telecommunication services in print.

The exchange4media Conclave 2010 is over. The big question - how was it? Well, we had 100 per cent speaker turnout, over 200 delegates and some of the hottest discussions on issues pertaining to media service brands and advertisers. The conversations were no holds barred (Reckitt Benckiser pitch was discussed at length!) and there was so much more to learn from some of the speakers like Irwin Gotlieb, Ashutosh Srivastava, Rahul Welde, Tim Love and even though via a video conference, from Mainardo de Nardis as well.
The discussions invariably turned towards ratings at the exchange4media Conclave in Mumbai on June 11 with Madison World’s Sam Balsara, TAM India’s LV Krishnan, and Star CJ’s Paritosh Joshi debating the various aspects in the session titled ‘Regulated Ratings: How does it impact the Media Ecosystem?’.
The second session of the exchange4media Conclave in Mumbai saw an intense debate on ‘Should media agencies also be media owners?’ While Shashi Sinha of Lodestar Universal was in favour of media agencies being media owners, Ravi Kiran of Starcom MediaVest Group was strongly against it. The session was chaired by Future Group’s Sandip Tarkas.
