The month of February is all about love and the No.1 matchmaking service took a new look at this day of romance. Speaking to the singles, launched a campaign called #FridayThe14th talking about the horrors of Valentine’s Day.

While Valentine’s Day is a day of love for all couples, for the singles it is a day full of pressures. On this specific day, singles feel the pressure to have a partner and if not, they are surrounded by Valentine’s day gestures and the common question “Aaj plan kya hai?”. used this insight to showcase the gestures of Valentine’s day such as giving Roses or Teddys and exaggerated them as horrors of Valentine’s day for the singles.

Short videos were used to communicate the horror and released on Instagram and Facebook. The brand also shared cheat sheets on how to survive this week of love.

Commenting on the campaign, Mr Adhish Zaveri, Director - Marketing, says, “What’s scarier for the singles than Friday the 13th? It’s Friday the 14th. The idea was to empathise with single people on Valentine’s day. Matchmakers for too long have spoken about romance, while their core TG isn’t there yet.”
