Maneesha Khanna has announced her departure from PepsiCo after completing 13 years with the company. Sharing the update on LinkedIn, Khanna reflected on her professional journey, which also marks 25 years in the media marketing industry.
Khanna said she is proud of a career that has included media management roles across some of the world's most recognised brands while living and working in cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, Dallas, Hyderabad and New York. She credited mentors, leaders and colleagues for shaping her growth, challenging her to think bigger and providing opportunities to take on impactful assignments.
During her recent years at PepsiCo, Khanna played a key role in building the company's global media services organisation across markets including Poland, the United States, Mexico, Egypt and India. She also highlighted the contributions of the teams she worked with, describing them as instrumental to the success of the organisation she helped build.
“At the end of May 2026, I completed 13 incredible years at PepsiCo and 25 years of being a media marketer. I’m very proud of this journey spanning media management roles across some of the most loved global brands while living in Mumbai, Delhi, Dallas, Hyderabad, and New York. I’ve been enriched by beautiful minds and inspiring leaders who mentored me, challenged me, trusted me, and gave me the space to build big things”, she said in her LinkedIn post.
