Dabur has moved the Delhi high court against Patanjali Ayurved for alleged disparaging ads against the FMCG major's Chyawanprash products.
Dabur has sought that Patanjali should be immediately restrained from putting out the ads.
As per a media report, the ad in question says: “Jinko Ayurved aur Vedo ka gyaan nahi, Charak, Sushrut, Dhanwantari aur Chyawanrishi ke parampara mei ‘original’ Chyawanprash kaise bana payenge?”
Earlier in July, the Bombay high court asked Patanjali Ayurved to pay Rs 4 crore for allegedly violating a 2023 order that restricted the company from selling camphor products.
