Marwaha joins the company from Visa where she worked as Head of People, India & South Asia for over 6 years. In this role, she headed the People function for Visa’s business and corporate functions in India and South Asia. Part of the Leadership Team.
Rachita Marwaha is a seasoned professional with expertise in enabling business growth and transformation through people and culture. In her previous stints, she worked with Axis Bank, Tata Motors, Tata Communications, among others.
