Rishika Sharma has been elevated to Director – ShareChat and Moj, while continuing her current role as Head of Marketing at ShareChat, marking a strategic expansion of her leadership mandate within the organisation.
With over 11 years of experience across gaming, OTT, and digital platforms, Sharma has consistently driven brand-led growth and platform scale. She continues to serve as Head of Marketing at ShareChat, where she leads platform growth and brand strategy, strengthening its positioning in India’s highly competitive short-video ecosystem.
Prior to joining ShareChat, Sharma was Head of Brand Marketing at MPL, where she handled the RMG business and led key initiatives including Team India’s jersey launches, among other large-scale campaigns. Earlier, at Viacom18, she played a key role in building Voot and launching Voot Select, contributing significantly to both subscription and AVOD growth.
Her expanded role comes at a time when ShareChat and Moj are sharpening their focus on content, creators, and regional scale—placing marketing and brand leadership at the core of business acceleration.
