- Rajesh Madampath has been appointed as Chief Revenue Officer, Special Projects, at the Times Group, effective April 27, 2026.
- He will oversee the newly established Sports Division and continue to collaborate with key figures in the Pickleball vertical.
- Madampath will maintain his current responsibilities in television broadcasting and report to Ashish Sehgal for related matters.
- Vineet Jain, Managing Director of The Times Group, highlighted Madampath's 24-year tenure and his significant contributions to revenue growth and sponsorship initiatives.
Rajesh Madampath, Executive Vice President of the Times Network, will be taking on additional responsibility as Chief Revenue Officer, Special Projects, which will include the newly established Sports Division within the Times Group.
In this role, he will work directly with N Subramanian, Group CEO, The Times Group. For the Pickleball vertical, Rajesh will continue to work closely with Sameer Pathak, President – Pickleball and Rohit Gopakumar, CEO.
This new role will be effective from 27th April 2026. This mandate will be in addition to his current responsibilities in the television broadcasting business. Rajesh will continue to report to Ashish Sehgal for all matters related to the television broadcasting business.
