Founder and CEO of Kinnect Rohan Mehta has taken up a new role at Omnicom Advertising India as its Chief Transformation Officer.

He has been associated with Kinnect for almost 15 years.

At OAI, Mehta will be shaping the capability architecture of the company by mapping strengths across the network and making them accessible, usable, and scalable across agencies.

He will also lead the building a plug-in deployment model that allows teams to seamlessly integrate capabilities across Digital Media, Influencer Marketing, Content, CRM, SEO/GEO, ORM, Tech, and emerging formats.

His post on LinkedIn says:

After 14 years of building Kinnect, I'm now stepping into the role of Chief Transformation Officer for Omnicom Advertising India.

This is a landmark moment for Indian advertising. The collection of agencies that have come together under the Omnicom banner represents the largest portfolio of clients and talent in our industry - relationships that span a decade to over a hundred years, serving a large portion of the top 200 media spenders in the country.

The collective intelligence within this group is immense.

Over my time at Kinnect and within FCB, we successfully brought a modern marketing suite of capabilities while keeping creative at the core.

With this role, my aim is:
→ For clients to experience the best of what Omnicom Advertising can offer.
→ For the talent within our network to build on their years of trust, experience, and knowledge, while adding the skill sets most relevant to marketing today.
