Ishaan Balvani takes charge as Creative Lead – Digital at platform-first marketing network Wondrlab

Wondrlab Network has appointed Ishaan Balvani as Creative Lead – Digital. In this role, he will lead digital-first creative thinking across the network, strengthening its focus on culture-driven storytelling, brand relevance, and integrated digital solutions that work across the entire marketing funnel.

Ishaan will report to Hemant Shringy, Chief Creative Officer and Managing Partner at Wondrlab Network. Before joining Wondrlab, he was Group Creative Director at FCB Kinnect, where he played a key role in building strong digital ideas and leading integrated campaigns for well-known brands.

During his time at FCB Kinnect, Ishaan guided creative teams across platforms and delivered several award-winning campaigns. His work includes HDFC Bank’s “Vigil Aunty – End of Scam Sale”, which received major recognition at Kyoorius, won a Grand Prix at The One Show, and was acknowledged at Cannes Lions. He has also worked extensively with TATA.ev on multiple vehicle launches, including the “Perfect Roads” campaign for Harrier.ev, and contributed to popular campaigns such as #PerryPowerfulPunch, which earned honours at Kyoorius and The One Show.

His experience also covers high-visibility campaigns for Flipkart, including SASA LELE and Big Bang Diwali, along with work for leading brands like Disney+ Hotstar, Durex, Amul, Amazon, Google, Lodha Group, Aditya Birla Capital, and Standard Chartered. His portfolio spans a wide range of sectors, including finance, e-commerce, entertainment, and FMCG.

At Wondrlab, Ishaan will work closely with strategy, technology, and media teams to turn insights into strong digital ideas. His focus will be on creating work that connects with culture while also delivering clear business results.

Welcoming him to the team, Hemant Shringy said that Ishaan brings a strong mix of creative thinking and digital expertise. He added that Ishaan’s platform-led mindset and understanding of culture will help the network deliver sharper and more meaningful work as brands navigate an increasingly complex digital environment.

Sharing his thoughts on joining Wondrlab, Ishaan said the network’s integrated and platform-first approach immediately appealed to him. He added that Wondrlab is building solutions for where brands and culture are heading, and he looks forward to working with teams across the network to create digital work that is relevant, impactful, and truly resonates with people.
