Siva Raman K has joined Equitas Small Finance Bank as President - Head of Operations.
Raman brings over 30 years of experience in banking, with expertise spanning operations, credit processing, credit policy, regional banking and branch operations.
Before joining Equitas Small Finance Bank, he spent more than three decades with South Indian Bank, where he most recently served as Senior General Manager.
During his tenure, he held various leadership roles, including Head of Operations, Head of Mid Corporate Credit Processing Centre, Head of Corporate Credit Processing and Administration, and Head of Credit Policy, Planning and Intelligence.
He has also served as a Regional Head across several geographies.
