The House of Abhinandan Lodha has appointed Pankhuri Seth as its Head of Human Resources.
Seth brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources, with expertise in talent management, workforce planning, diversity and inclusion, performance management, employee engagement and HR operations.
Before joining The House of Abhinandan Lodha, she served as Vice President and Head of HR Business Partnering, Rewards, Performance, Employee Engagement and HR Operations at Jio-bp.
Earlier in her career, Seth held HR leadership roles at Kansai Nerolac Paints, Starbucks India, Voltas Limited, Raymond Limited and HDFC Standard Life Insurance.
