Heritage Foods has appointed Rahul Pandey as Vice President and Head of Sales, with effect from 18 May 2026.
In his new position, Pandey will focus on improving the company’s go-to-market strategies and accelerating growth across its Fresh and Ambient product categories. He will work closely with Chief Operating Officer J. Samba Murthy and report directly to him.
Pandey comes with more than 24 years of experience in sales and business leadership across the food, beverage, and home care industries. Before joining Heritage Foods, he was serving as Head of Sales & Distribution for the Foods Division at Dabur India.
Over the years, he has also worked with leading companies such as Mondelez India, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, and ITC Limited.
His expertise includes sales planning, route-to-market transformation, distributor network development, category management, S&OP, customer relationship management, and handling large-scale sales operations.
