Dabur India eyes Hershey’s Herjit S. Bhalla for CEO role: Reports

Hershey’s executive Herjit S. Bhalla is likely to be named India chief executive officer of Dabur India, ET reported. Bhalla will report to Mohit Malhotra, who is expected to move into a senior position at the company.
Bhalla is currently Vice President, Canada & Global Customers at The Hershey Company, which owns brands including Kisses, Reese’s, Jolly Rancher and SkinnyPop. An official announcement is awaited.
Before joining Hershey, Bhalla spent over 16 years at Hindustan Unilever, holding senior roles across sales, customer development and marketing. He led large P&Ls in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus, drove market-leading growth in North India, and helped scale brands such as Bru and HUL’s tea portfolio in highly competitive markets.
He also served as Chief Operating Officer for North and East India at METRO Cash & Carry, helping drive expansion across key markets.
