KRBL Limited has appointed Manish Maheshwari as General Manager – Sales Excellence. He joins the organisation as part of the India leadership team.
In his new role, Maheshwari will be responsible for strengthening sales capability and driving excellence across markets. His mandate includes enhancing distributor and frontline productivity, improving sales and trade marketing processes, enabling robust planning and performance management, and ensuring consistent performance across route-to-market, pricing, promotions, and trade investments.
He will also focus on building scalable, technology-enabled systems to support sustainable growth.
With over 16 years of professional experience, Maheshwari brings deep expertise in sales leadership and business management. He has held leadership roles at organisations such as ITC, Udaan and most recently as a founder at his own startup Nirmaan.
