Srividya Srinivasan to take over as CFO at P&G Hygiene and Health Care

Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Limited has appointed Srividya Srinivasan as its Chief Financial Officer, effective 1 July 2026, according to a regulatory. She will also serve as an Executive Director of the company for a term of five years.
Srinivasan will replace Gaurav Bhartia, who will step down as Chief Financial Officer on 30 June 2026 to take up a new assignment within the P&G group.
Srinivasan brings over 20 years of experience in finance roles across multiple markets within P&G, including the United States, Latin America and the Philippines. She joined P&G in 2005 and has held several leadership roles.
