Knauf India names Pallavi Poddar as CHRO

Knauf India has appointed Pallavi Poddar as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Pallavi brings over two decades of experience across industries, with a background in talent strategy, organisational development, and HR.
Prior to joining Knauf India, Pallavi was CHRO at Fenesta Windows, where she led talent strategy. She has also held roles at organisations such as Ingersoll Rand, Schneider Electric and Nestlé, including serving as Regional HR Director for India, the Middle East and Africa at Ingersoll Rand.
Sumit Bidani, CEO of Knauf India, shared: "As we continue to expand our presence in India, building strong teams and a clear people strategy remains a priority. Pallavi brings a balanced and thoughtful approach to people and organisation building.
