Greaves Electric Mobility has appointed Samarpita Banerjee as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). She brings over 20 years’ experience in human resources, organisation, and leadership development.
Banerjee will lead the company’s HR strategy and practices, supporting growth across manufacturing, technology, and sales. She will report to Vikas Singh, Managing Director, as Greaves advances its sustainable and intelligent mobility solutions.
Prior to this appointment, Banerjee was Director of Human Resources at Carrier Corporation, where she led HR strategy for a high-growth global organisation and served as HR partner for the APAC Technology division. She has also held senior HR positions at Wipro, Diageo, Solera, and Novozymes.
Banerjee will be based at the company’s headquarters in Bengaluru, located at IndiQube Miniforest.
