Jubilant FoodWorks has revised the last working date of Narottam Sharma to 14 September 2026, from the earlier date of 18 September.
Sharma serves as Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer and Senior Managerial Personnel of the company.
According to the regulatory filing, the change was made following a request from Sharma and after due consideration.
Jubilant FoodWorks said the other details in its July 22 intimation, including the reason for his resignation, remain unchanged. He had resigned from his role to pursue an external opportunity.
