Third Wave Coffee has appointed Sanjay Dutta as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Before joining Third Wave Coffee, Dutta was CTO at Theobroma Foods. Prior to that, he served as Vice President - Technology at Gourmet Investments and Head of IT - KFC & Pizza Hut at Sapphire Foods India.
Dutta brings over 25 years of experience in enterprise technology, IT operations, digital transformation and technology leadership across the QSR, retail, FMCG and restaurant sectors. He has worked across enterprise systems, ERP, digital and omnichannel platforms, payments, cloud, cybersecurity, and data and analytics.
Dutta has also held roles at McDonald’s India, Mitsui & Co. India, Jaquar & Company, among others.
