Chat360 has appointed Milind Pathak as its new Chief Operating Officer.
In his new role, he will oversee operations, go-to-market strategy and global expansion for Chat360, which currently serves over 400 brands through its Agentic AI platform.
Pathak brings more than 25 years of experience across messaging, CPaaS and digital businesses.
Pathak has held senior leadership roles at Route Mobile, Proximus Global, Paytm, Madhouse (WPP) and other firms. He is also the Founder and Chief Architect of Candescent Intelligence.
