Handoo moves to HCLTech after nearly seven years leading hyperscale sales at AdaniConneX

Nalin Handoo has joined HCLTech as Senior Vice President and Head of Sales – AI Data Center, effective October 2026. Based in Delhi, he will lead sales for the company's AI data centre business.
Handoo joins HCLTech from AdaniConneX, where he served as Head of Sales – Hyperscale Business from February 2020 to November 2026.
Before AdaniConneX, Handoo was associated with Global Cloud Xchange for over four years, serving as Sales Head – Enterprise Business.
His earlier career includes roles at Tata Teleservices, Huawei, Aircel and Bharti Airtel. At Tata Teleservices, he handled enterprise sales of integrated telecom and data centre solutions, while at Huawei he led channel sales for the IT/ITES and manufacturing verticals.
