L&T Finance has appointed Kavita Jagtiani as its Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Jagtiani was earlier with Pidilite Industries as Marketing Chief for South Asia, Middle East, Africa and CIS. She made the announcement through a LinkedIn update.

Jagtiani had been with Pidilite for more than a decade, having joined the company in 2012 as Head-Corporate Marketing.

Before joining Pidilite, she worked with General Mills, ICICI Bank, Weikfield Products, among other companies.
